1. Shipping Origin & Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery Time: Approximately 10–15 business days from the shipment date

2. Shipping Terms – DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

All orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, which means:

  • No Additional Fees: Customers will not be charged any customs duties, taxes, or extra fees after checkout

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: The price paid at checkout includes shipping costs, import duties, and applicable taxes


3. Address Changes

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been shipped

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout

  • If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately before shipment


4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped

  • Packages can be tracked through the carrier’s official tracking system

  • Please note that customs clearance may occasionally delay tracking updates


5. Lost Packages Policy

  • Definition:
    A package is considered lost if there are no tracking updates for 30 consecutive days

  • Our Responsibility:
    We take full responsibility for lost packages and offer the following compensation options:

    • Store Credit: Equal to the full order value, redeemable on future purchases

    • Free Reshipment: A replacement shipment of the same order at no additional cost
