1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe:
    Replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of product delivery.

  • Product Condition:
    Items are eligible only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Mandatory Requirement – Unboxing Video:
    An unboxing video is required for all return or exchange requests.
    The video must:

    • Clearly show the outer packaging with intact shipping labels

    • Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or pauses

    ⚠️ Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be processed.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Products that are not damaged or defective

  • Items submitted without proper unboxing video documentation

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear after delivery

  • All products are non-refundable and irreplaceable unless damaged upon arrival


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the item

    • Complete unboxing video as described above

  3. Response Time:
    Our support team will respond within 24 business hours.

  4. Follow Instructions:
    Approved requests will receive step-by-step guidance for the return or exchange process.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items:
    Return shipping costs will be fully covered by Better Beads & More.

  • Non-Quality Related Returns:
    The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.


5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved cases will receive a replacement of the same product.

  • Processing Time:
    Replacements are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item.
