An unboxing video is required for all return or exchange requests.
The video must:
Clearly show the outer packaging with intact shipping labels
Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or pauses
⚠️ Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be processed.
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
Products that are not damaged or defective
Items submitted without proper unboxing video documentation
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear after delivery
All products are non-refundable and irreplaceable unless damaged upon arrival

Defective or Incorrect Items:
Return shipping costs will be fully covered by Better Beads & More.
Non-Quality Related Returns:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved cases will receive a replacement of the same product.
Processing Time:
Replacements are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item.
